NOTM= Nail Of the Moment!

Hello beauties!

     Hope all of you are doing great. Here is a NOTM! I am going to be doing these short posts frequently. Just a fun idea to share my nail polishes with you guys!

         Today I am wearing Daphne from Julep. I love this color! It is a sea greeny cream color. I think it is perfect for a year round color. I just love this shade, I keep looking at my nails. One thing I love about this color is that it came out darker than the color in the bottle.

Hope everyone is doing great. Here is a tag I found on The Ravi Osahn's blog! So lets get started!


                                     1. How many times do you wash your face daily? 

I wash my face twice. First in the morning and then at night before going to bed. 

2. What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)

My skin is really really dry! I have to moisturize it many times through out the day. 

3. What is your current facial wash? 

My current facial wash is from Clean&Clear Morning Burst. It is an amazing face wash, removes makeup and also leaves my skin fresh and soft. 

4. Do you exfoliate?

Yes, well sort of. I try my best to exfoliate once a week. 

5. What brand do you use? 
For exfoliating, I use Burt's Bees Scrub!

6. What moisturizer do you use? 

Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture.

7. Do you have freckles? 

No

8. Do you use eye cream?

No

9. Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
Nope! (Thank god)
 
10. Did you ever have to use Pro-activ? 

Nada

 

MAKE-UP

11. What foundation do you use? 

Revlon
 
12. How about concealer? 

For some reason I am not a big fan of concealer.

13. Do you know your undertone color? 

Huh?

14. What do you think of fake eyelashes? 

They are okay for occasions but not everyday use.

15. Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months? 

Yes!

16. What brand of mascara do you use? 

Maybelline

17. Sephora or MAC? 

Sephora

18. Do you have a MAC Pro-card? 

Nope

19. What makeup tools do you use in make up application? 

Eye shadow brush.

20. Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes? 

Yes

21. For the face? 

No

22. What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)? 

So many too choose from! But my favorite shade is dark brown.

23. Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner? 

Liquid, and for water line pencil.

24. How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil? 
Practice makes perfect! In the beginning I did a lot. But now not that much. 

25. What do you think of pigment eyeshadows? 

Never tried one. (Have to look into that)

26. Do you use mineral makeup? 

No

27. What is your favorite lipstick? 

Don't have a favorite. But I usually wear pinks and reds.

28. How about lipgloss? 

Same thing as lipstick. But my favorite bran of lipgloss is NYX.

29. What is your favorite blush to use? 

NYX peach!

30. Do you buy your makeup on ebay? 

No

31. Do you like drugstore makeup? 

LOVE drugstore makeup. 95% of my makeup collection is drugstore.

32. Do you go to CCO’s? (cosmetic company outlets) 

No

33. Did you ever consider taking make-up classes? 

Yes. But only if its free and some good makeup artist is teaching it.

34. Are you clumsy in putting on makeup? 
No

35. Name a makeup crime that you hate? 

To much blush! I just hate it, and especially when its looking caked on.

36. Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones? 

Neutral.

37. Which celebrity always has great make up?

Sofia Vergara. I just love her makeup so much. Her style and makeup is very unique.

38. If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use? 

Eyeliner. I think eyeliner is important, it just makes the eyes look perfect.

 39. Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on? 

Yes. Have done it a million times.

40. Do you think you look good even without any makeup on? 

Yes of course, everyone is beautiful the way they are. Makeup just brings out that beauty more.

41. In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line? 
Maybelline. Just love their products. 

42. What do you think of Makeup? 
I think makeup is not for everyone. But if you love makeup it is a part of your every day life. For people makeup is a hobby, for some it is talent. It just depends the way you look at makeup. Makeup is just amazing!

Maybelline Color Show Nail Lacquer.

Hi everyone!!!

Hope all of you are doing good! Today I am going to share with you 3 of the Maybelline Nail Lacquer's I picked up recently from the Color Show collection. These are really nice polishes, and especially if you are on a budget they are a great buy. I love the 3 colors I picked up.

Styled Out, Blue Blowout, Coral Crush. 

As you can see the colors are very different from each other. I wanted to pick out colors that I did not already have in my collection. 

    Lets begin with Coral Crush. This color is a perfect coral shade. I just put on one coat and it went on smoothly. This shade can be worn in the summer, but for me I will wear it year round. 

This one is called Blue Blowout. This shade is a metallic blue shade with a silver sheen to it. This shade takes two coats to get the real affect of the silver. Over all, I am not satisfied with this color. But I don't mind having it in my collection. 

Styled Out is an amazing, amazing shade! I just fell in love with this shade when I saw it on the display, I had to pick it up! This shade is from the Color Show Denims collection. It is a deep blue shade, with lots of silver  sparkle in it. Styled Out comes out perfect on the nail, and shows its true color! If you want a deep blue shade in your collection I would absolutely recommend Styled Out.
