Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in Piccadilly Pink Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

How are you all today? I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying. Recently Rimmel came out with new "reformulated" lipsticks and ofcourse I had to pick some up. The only lipsticks I have ever bought from Rimmel are the Rimmel By Kate lipsticks and I really like them. Other than that I have never tired any lipsticks from them. When I came across this DISPLAY I knew I had to get some.

First of all lets talk about the boring packaging, it has a blue lid and then on the bottom says the shade name. I think they could have done so much better with the packaging, I really don't like it. The first shade I picked up is Piccadilly Pink which is a really pretty medium toned pink shade and has no shimmer. The formula is really creamy and it glides on easily, and also is really pigmented.

My lips are really dry, but this lipstick keeps them hydrated and I dont even need to wear a balm underneath. The lasting power great, this lisptick lasted me more than two hours, which for me is not bad. Because of the really creamy formula they don't last a long time, which I don't mind at all. Many of my INSTAGRAM followers asked me if this lipstick had a scent to it, yes it does, but again I don't mind it at all.
Over all I am really impressed with this lipstick and just love the formula. I will have another shade review coming soon, so look out for that. Let me know in the comments below if you have tried the new Rimmel formula and what you think about it. Have a great day and thank you for reading.

  xoxoxo,
