Maybelline Lipstick in Crimson Crush Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

How are you all today? I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying the crisp Fall. Pumpkin spice is every where and I have been loving lattes this season. The other day I was in Bed Bath and Beyond and came across these new Limited Edition lipsticks from Maybelline, and of course I had to pick them up. There are two shades in this collection and are for Winter 2014. This collection also included blushes and kajal eyeliners. I only picked up two lipstick and of course I have to review them for you.

Crimson Crush is a beautiful deep red shade. The formula is so creamy and goes on very smoothly on the lips. It does have a beautiful shine to it also, and you can always build up the shade. One thing I will recommend with this shade is that you need to use a lip liner with it. This shade is on the deep side and to apply it perfectly lip liner is your best friend. The shade stays on for a little more than 4 hours and does leave a slight tint behind. Over all I am really impressed with this shade, of course I am in love with every Maybelline lipstick. So if you see this lipstick in store be sure to pick it up for Fall and the upcoming Holidays. The other lipstick is coming up next to be sure to check it out.
