Spring 2015: Maybelline Master Matte Blush Stick in Rose Rush Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

Maybelline has launched a new limited edition Master Matte Blush stick shade in their Rebel Bloom Spring 2015 collection. This is the first time Maybelline has done a blush stick that is matte, I have their non-matte blush stick in and it is a great hit. The spring 2015 collection has more than one matte blush stick but I only came across this shade. The packaging is the same as the ones Maybelline released earlier but it just says Master Matte on the label.

Rosy Rush is a beautiful pinkish mauve shade that is super pigmented. The blush is very creamy and blends super easily on the skin. At first it might seem that you can really over do this blush, which is true because how pigmented it is. I dab a little bit on my cheeks and blend it out with me fingers, the warmth of my skin really helps it blend easier and looks very natural. This blush stick lasts a long time on the skin, with six hours of wear my cheeks still looked like when I first applied the blush. Over all I am really impressed with the matte formula and the shade is just beautiful. Thank you so much for reading and have a great day.

oxoxo,
     Annie

    1. It lasts about six hours which is amazing. Because it is cream blush I feel like it lasts longer.. and I dont have to set it with a powder blush :)

  3. Thank for reviewing this, I've been on the hunt for an easy to apply, long lasting blush that I can use in the winter. Hoping I can find this exact one in the different shades that would be more suitable. I also love @Jenan's idea of using idea on the lips too X
