CoverGirl Outlast Longwear + Moisture Lipstick in Magnetic Mauve Review & Swatches

When the drugstore has new lipstick out you all know I have to run and pick some shades up, try them and review for you. The packaging of this lipstick is alright, they come housed in a silver round tube with a clear lid. But once again like most drugstore companies do the lipstick does not go all the way down. That means when I am putting on the cap I am highly likely to take some lipstick off in the lid. Why can't it just go all the way down and make things easier and cleaner for me? But the positive thing is that you can actually see the lipstick shade from the cap. The struggle is real here guys! 

Magnetic Mauve: is a deep mauve shade with no shimmer or glitter to it. I love the formula of this lipstick it is very creamy and super moisturizing to my dry lips. The lipstick is super pigmented and the color shows up very true on the lips. This formula is neither too thick or too thin it applies very evenly on the lips. Even though this is a lipstick I feel like you really don't need to apply a lip liner before, the lipstick works well by it self. As you can see on the packaging it says that the lipstick is long wearing and that is true. This lipstick lasted me almost six hours which is very impressive, it does not leave a tint behind. You can find these new lipstick at any local drugstore and they range from $6 to $8 depending on where you go. Over all this lipstick is great for an everyday color and to wear all day.
