Summer 2014: Maybelline Peach Punch Color Whisper Lipstick Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

How are you all today? I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying! So Maybelline came out with the Summer 2014 Neon Bleached Collection, in that collection they released two new limited edition Color Whispers. Of course I had to pick them up and today I will be reviewing one of them for you.
Peach Punch is a cream nude peach shade with no shimmer or sparkle. It goes on very smoothly and looks beautiful for an everyday shade.
The formula is very moisturizing and also is fragrance free, which of course I love. It is opaque with two applications, it gives you the color of a lipstick and the texture is like a balm. The wear time for these is not that long, but it stays moisturizing throughout the whole wear. It feels really smooth on the lips and nothing sticky.

Over all this shade is perfect for summer and very perfect for everyday wear. I really like the formula on this, and it is great if you are looking for a moisturizing lipstick.

Let me know in the comments below what you think about this shade. I hope you all have a great day and enjoy!

L'Oreal Glossy Balm in Pink Me Up Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

How are you all today? I hope you are having a great week and enjoying the hot weather. So, the other day I was in Bed Bath & Beyond browsing around and came across a new display from Loreal. Of course if you follow me on INSTAGRAM you know which display I am talking about. Loreal has been coming out with a lot of  new products and this time I spotted the new Glossy Balms. Eight total shades and it was so hard to pick, I ended up picking three shades and today I will be reviewing one for you.

I have been seeing pictures of the glossy balms on instagram a lot past week, but I never thought that I would end up finding these so early. One of the shades I picked up is PINK ME UP which is a berry pink shade. This balm is really moisturizing, I don't even have to worry about moisturizing my lips before putting this one. Now you might think that this is a balm, so it might not have any pigmentation. But you are wrong, it is highly pigmented and goes on so smoothly.

The packaging is really sleek, it comes in a twist up pencil form, so you don't have to sharpen. I am really impressed with these balms, they last for about fives hours and give really good moisturizing. My lips feel great, and it is not sticky at all ( I hate sticky  balms or glosses). I am defiantly  going back and picking up the rest of the five shades.

I will have more shades and reviews coming up on these glosses soon, after I test them out. So let me know in the comments below if you have seen these or bough these? What do you think about these? Thank you so much for reading and have a great day.

Fall 2014: Maybelline Vintage Plum Color Tattoo Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

How are you all today? I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying. As you all know that Maybelline has come out with new Leather Matte Color Tattoos, they have a total of five shades. I only got my hands on three shades which are, Deep Forest and Dramatic Black today I will be reviewing the third shade for you which is Vintage Plum.

Vintage Plum is a taupe grey light purple shade, which is matte. This is also one of those shades that you can use for a smokey eye look. I love how the Leather Collection which is a permanent collection features shades for everyone and also for any eye look. Vintage Plum goes on the eyes really smooth, and has great pigmentation.
I apply it with my fingers, and it blends easily and does not crease at all. This shade lasted me a long time, lets say about nine hours and I absolutely love it. You can wear this alone with some eyeliner, or you can also create many looks with this shade. Also building this shade up is no problem at all, if you want a darker smokey look you can also pair it with some powder shadow.
Over all this is a great Fall and Summer shade, and it is permanent. I am hoping to find the rest of the color tattoos in this collection and will be reviewing them soon for you guys too. Let me know in the comments below what do you think about this shade? Thank you so much for reading and I hope all of you have a wonderful day. Stay Cool.

Fall 2014: Maybelline Deep Forest Color Tattoo Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

How are you all today? I hope all of you are having an amazing day and enjoying the HOT weather! Yes summer is finally here and I have turned my AC on! Maybelline has released a new collection of Leather Color Tattoos which are matte for Fall of 2014. I know matte color tattoos are amazing, so today I will be reviewing one of the five shades for you. If you check my last post HERE I reviewed Dramatic Black one of the matte color tattoos.

Deep Forest is a army green shade but it is a light version of army green. When applied and blended it gives a hint of grey to the lids. This shade has no shimmer or glitter, but it gives a satin finish. This shade is perfect for a grey smokey look, it is also great for a base for a smokey look. I would apply this all over the lid, and then in the crease apply a black shade and blend it out real well, there you go a great smokey look!

This is a really creamy and soft shade, it blends out very easily and you can build it up how ever you like it. This shade is also great by itself, you can apply it all over your lids and apply some mascara and you are good to go! This stayed on my lids for about seven hours and then I started seeing some of the color was transferring to the corner of my eyes.

Over all I really like this shade, it is great for a smokey eye or a everyday shade. I am in love with these new Leather color tattoos. These are becoming available in drugstores soon, so be on a look out for them. Let me know in the comments below what you think about this shade? Have a great day!

Fall 2014: Maybelline Dramatic Black Color Tattoo Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,
How are you all today? I hope everyone is having a great day. Sorry I have not been posting a lot these days, I have come down with a throat infection and have no voice for the past three days. Today I feel a little better so though to write a post for you guys. So most of you have heard that Maybelline has come out with new MATTE color tattoos. Yes you read that right, MATTE! There is a total of five shades, but I only got my hands on three of the shades.

This shade is from the Maybelline Leather Color Tattoos collection, that are coming out with Dare To Go Nude Fall 2014 collection. Yes, another great collection from Maybelline which includes a lot of new products. As you all know I love color tattoos, they are great to have in your collection and are also great for everyday use.

Dramatic Black is a deep matte black shade, no shimmer no glitter just a matte black shade. It is really creamy and rich, I am using this as my eyeliner for a past couple of days and it works great. You might think it is shiny but it is not, it goes on as a very rich deep black shade.

I had no problems with smearing, smudging, flaking or moving on my eyelid, when I wore it as eyeliner. But I will tell you one thing that it only lasted me about seven hours, I was working a ten hour shift, and I saw a little but flaking on the edges.
Over all it was not that bad at all, I swatched some on my INSTAGRAM be sure to follow me there to see more pictures. Let me know in the comments below what you think about this shade, will you be picking it up? Have a wonderful day!

Covergirl Colorlicious Lipgloss in Plumilicious Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

How are you all doing today? I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying the hot weather. I sure am enjoying the weather, I love it warm and haven't even turned on the AC yet! Today I will be reviewing another CoverGirl Colorlicious Lip gloss for you. Couple of weeks ago I reviewed one from the line HERE, and today I have another shade.

Plumilicious is a plum shade with no shimmer or glitter. This one is really sheer on the lips, once you apply it and blend it out you only get a clear glossy shine finish. When I picked this shade up I did not think that it will be sheer, but it comes out very sheer on the lips. It is very light weight, and non sticky. One thing that made me keep this gloss was the formula, I love how it is not sticky at all.

It has a great amount of shine, and you can always build up the gloss and it wont get gunky. With this gloss I noticed that I had less wear time than the other one, it only wore for 1.5 hours and I had to reapply again. I feel like because the gloss is sheer and light weight it gave me less wear time.

Over all, I really love this shade. It is a great everyday shade, and you can always build it up. I love the formula which is non sticky, but one thing I don't like about it is the wear time. Let me know in the comments below what you think about this shade. Have you tried it? Thank you so much for reading, I hope all of you have an amazing day.

Milani Brilliant Shine Lip Gloss in Nude Touch Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

How are you all today? I hope everyone is having a great day and enjoying the beginning of summer. I can't believe it is June already and the year is half over! So beginning of the year Milani came out with new lip glosses I have reviewed one of them HERE and today I will reviewing another shade for you all.

You all have seen the packaging of these glosses. It is a clear tube with a gold metallic top, you can see the shade, and the shade name is on the bottom. Nude Touch is a clear gloss with gold shimmer, which shows up really pretty. I love pairing this gloss with nude lipsticks, like Milani's NUDE CREME.

The formula is really great, it is thick and as I have said before not sticky at all. These glosses are really comfortable to wear, and have great shine to them. The applicator is sponge and is really long, I love how it fits to the curves of your lips. You can really apply you gloss good with the applicator.

This lip gloss lasted me about three hours, which is not bad. Over all I really like this shade, you can wear it with or without lipstick. The formula is non sticky and they are super shiny! I love every thing about this lip gloss. Let me know in the comments below if you have tried this lip gloss before, or any lip glosses from this line. What do you think about it? Love it or hate it? Thank you so much for reading. I hope all of you have a wonderful day.

Maybelline MasterDrama Chromatics Eyeliner in Silver Spice (450) Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

How are you all today? Rainy weather is here and I think it is not leaving soon. I miss the sun, it needs to come back! So I have reviewed some of the lip products that came out in Maybellines 2014 Summer Collection and they were a hit with me! So when I went back to the store to check out the Neon nail polishes I spotted the new Chromatic eyeliners. And of course I had to pick them up, and review them for you guys.

So it has been a couple of weeks I have been using them and let me tell you straight up I am in love with them. The packaging is like any other pencil liner, and it has the words Chromatic on it. I picked up four different shades, and I love each one of them. Silver Spice is a white silver shade with light shimmer. I love using this on my water line or even in the corners of my eyes. This shade is great for any skin type, and is really really pigmented.
Lets talk about the amazing formulation of this pencil. It glides on so smoothly on to the lid, and is very easily blendable. I don't tug or push hard on to my lid for the shades to show up. The pencil lasts all day long, even without primer. It is also water proof and does not come off if you rub your eyes.

Over all I am impressed with the eyeliner pencils, they have a great creamy formula and come in bright fun colors for the summer. I will be reviewing the other shades soon so be on the look out for those. I hope all of you enjoyed this post and let me know in the comments below if you have picked up any of the Chromatics eyeliners.
