Jane Multi-Colored Illumination Powder Review & Swatches*

A drugstore illuminating powder that beats high end? You have come to the right place and you have found the right product. Recently Jane send me this beautiful multi-colored illumination powder and I have been using it every single day. First of all the packaging is just to die for! The beautiful roses are so pretty and its not an overlay the product is made like that. How cute?

I use this highlight above my cheekbones, on my nose, on my forehead, on my cupids bow and a little bit on my chin. The powder goes on softly on my skin and does not have any fall out. I swirl my brush around the powder and it gives a golden, pinkish pretty shade. Seriously this highlighter gives me life and color on my face and brings out my cheekbones. The powder lasts a good time on my skin and does not fade away. Over all I am really impressed with this illuminating powder and the super cute packaging! Let me know in the comments below of what you think about this powder? Thank you so much. Have a great day.

Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipstick in Mesmerizing Magenta Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

Last year Maybelline came out with a matte Color Sensational lipstick line and of course I picked up 8 out of the 10 shades.

Mesmerizing Magenta is a beautiful deep berry shade. The formula of this lipstick is great, even though it is matte it does not dry out at all. Also the lipstick is very long wearing, with eating and drinking I had almost six hours of wear time. The lipstick glides on very smoothly on your lips and you do not feel like it will dry out the lips. I am really impressed with the formula of these lipsticks and the range of shades they have in this collection. Be sure to check out my other posts for many more shades. Thank you for reading.

Jordana Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stain in Rock N Rouge Review & Swatches

Recently strolling through Walgreens I came across a whole display of Jordanas Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stain and I picked up two shades. I have never really heard about these a lot so I decided to pick them up and gave them a try. This is like the name says a twist up shiny lip stain with a balmy finish.

Rock N Rouge very glossy red shade. It is perfect for those who do not want to wear a flat out red lipstick, they can get the glossiness with this beautiful shade. The formula is super creamy and the balm just glides on to the lips. It does last a while on your lips and does not budge or transfer out of the lip lines. After a couple of hours you do get a little bit of tint left behind. I just love the formula because it keeps my lips moisturised and pretty. Let me know in the comments below what you think about this lip stain. Thank you for reading and have a great day.

Wet N Wild Silver Lake Blush & Glow Trio in Fair Trade Coffee Review & Swatches

Recently I came across a new display from the Wet N Wild Silver Lake Collection that had three blush and glow trios in it. Of course I had to pick them up and try them out. These trios come in the Spring 2015 collection (LE) which also includes eyeshadow palettes and nail polishes.

Fair Trade Coffee: has a bright fuchsia blush a white highlight and a dark brown matte bronzer. I love the trios, they include a large amount of the product and are very well separated. I use a small highlight blush for all these shades. These pigmentation is amazing in this trio, the shades go on very bright. Also the the formula is very buttery and silky smooth (YES WET N WILD!) . One thing is that these are very powdery, they do kick up a lot when I put my brush in it. If I had to pick a shade from this trio I would pick the highlight shade. It is super pretty and looks beautiful on the face. Over all I am really impressed with these trios! Thank you for reading and have a great day.

colourpop, makeup, super shock cheeks, colourpop cosmetics, beauty, colourpop.com, blush, colourpop blush

Mochi is a beautiful matte pink shade with blue undertones. I seriously fell in love with this shade from the moment I saw it online. It is a great shade for me for everyday look. It goes on smoothly and blends out with my fingers or a stippling brush. The formula is just like the eye shadows it is a cream to powder blush but it is not powdery at all. Crazy huh? Yes! This blush is super long lasting, after a day of working 10 hours this blush was the same when I applied it in the morning. Over all I am really impressed with this blush and the shade is so pretty. Spring 2015: Maybelline Color Tattoo in Rose Riot Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

Why does Maybelline has to create such pretty color tattoo shades and make them LIMITED EDITION? I went every where looking for this shade and finally found it at CVS. They have released new Spring 2015 color tattoo shades two of them I have reviewed HERE & HERE so make sure to click the link and check them out.

Rose Riot is a beautiful light pinkish purple shade with a beautiful shimmer to it. I wore this color tattoo all over my lids and winged out some black eyeliner and all day I got so many compliments on the shade. It is so pretty for all over the lid or you can use it as a base for your shadows. This lasted a long time on my lids well over eight hours and did not crease or budge. If you are like this shade go ahead and buy it no (well find it first) because it is LE. Let me know in the comments below what do you think about it. Thank you so much for reading and have a wonderful day.

Essence Metal Glam Eyeshadow in Choco-Chic Reviews & Swatches*

Hello Beauties,

You know when you apply a eyeshadow to your lids and just go "WOW"? This eyeshadow from Essence is one of those "WOW" shadows for me. I have not yet tried any eyeshadows from Essence and when they sent me some of their products this eyeshadow was in there. First of all the packaging is really pretty, I love how it has a clear round lid and you can really see the shade through.

Choco-Chic is a beautiful creamy chocolate brown shade with metallic gold shimmer in it. The formula is very creamy and smooth but not powdery at all. You can apply this shade with a dense brush or just use your fingers to apply it. I applied this shadow with my fingers all over my lid and took a matte brown eyeshadow on my crease and the look was complete. This shade is really the star of the show, it makes your lids pop with the metallic finish. The shadow lasted on my lids a good time and it did not crease at ll. Over all I am really impressed with this beautiful eyeshadow and I am thinking of picking up more colors. Let me know in the comments below what do you think about this shadow. Thank you for reading.

Colourpop Super Shock Shadows in Effect and Girl Crush Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

You guys do not even have to guess how much I love Colourpop shadows because you already know that they are my HG eyeshadows. They came out with blushes and soon they are coming out with highlighters. When they came out with new matte shadows I had to pick them up.

Effect: is a beautiful matte dark teal shade. I love this shade for a smokey eye if you really don't feel like playing with matte black. The formula of this shade is really moussey and bouncy. I just love how this blends out beautifully and does not look over whelming on the lids.

Girl Crush: is a pretty mid grey shade with brown undertones. I wear this all over my lid and blend it out very well. It applies very smoothly and wears for a long time. Even though the pigmentation of this shade is on point you can always build it up to get a very intense look. With no fall out you can create so many different looks with Girl Crush.

Over all I am in love with the matte line from Colourpop. They are five dollars a shadow and are super amazing. Let me know below what do you think about these matte shades? Thank you for reading and have a great day.

Maybelline Iridescent Shine Color Elixir in Mystical Magenta Review & Swatches

Hello Beauties,

Recently Maybelline released a whole new range of Color Elixirs in their line called the Iridescent Elixirs. I picked up two shades from this collection a beautiful peach shade which you can see HERE and this beautiful shade.

Mystical Magenta is a beautiful purple shade with a pretty shine to it. The Iridescent formula has a very shiny and sheer finish. I noticed that even though these are sheer they do build up nicely and have a great pigmentation. These felt like more of a balm gloss to me than the original formula which is a hybrid of a gloss and a lipstick. The wear time of these was okay, it did not last a long time on the lips and did feel a little heavy to me. When I rubbed my lips together the product felt mushy ( if that makes any sense). Over all I love the shade and elixirs they are great to have in your collection. The days you don't feel like wearing lipstick put these on and you will love it. Let me know in the comments below what do you think about these? Thank you so much for reading and have a great day.
