Milani Powder Blush In Tea Rose Review & Swatches

Just take a minute and look at this beautiful packaging! This is a recently new blush from Milani cosmetics and I love it. The rose blush is beautiful and comes in a round container with a clear lid.I have reviewed a couple of these blushes in the past and I cant stop buying them. There are also three limited edition shades in this collection so be sure to check those posts out to see the shades. These blushes are available at your local CVS or Walgreens so check them out when they are on sale.

Tea Rose is a dusty pink rose shade with a light matte finish. The formula of this blush is super drying you really have to dig deep with your brush to get some product on the brush. On the cheeks it looks beautiful but you have to build the blush up in order for it to show up. You can always try using a cream blush and then topping it off with this blush. Also this blush has a lot of fall out so be careful about using your brush. But the one positive thing about this blush is that it stays on for more than seven hours without budging or wearing off. Over all I am really not that impressed with this blush but the other blushes in the line are great. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below. Thank you for reading and have a great day.

Loreal Colour Riche Le Matte She's So Matte Review & Swatches

Remember these? They were released in 2013 as a limited edition collection and I went crazy looking for them. But in June Loreal released them again with more shades and different packaging and not limited any more. I love when companies come back with limited edition shades and make them permanent it just shows how well the product is. Also the price of these start with $9.99 which I think is a little high for a drugstore lip product. I bought these when they were on sale so I got a little bit of a discount.

She's So Matte is a light warm mauve shade with a matte finish to it. If you love warm tone lip products your definitely have to pick this one up. The formula of this matte lip product is very creamy and very easy to wear. Now do keep in mind that I have really dry lips but this just glides on my dry patches and does not make them prominent. I love how beautiful it looks on and looks a little different outside in the sun. This shade is an everyday shade for me and I can pull it off when any type of look. This shade wore on me for five hours and did not feather or fade away. I was really surprised that they lip product stayed on and did not make my lips feel more dry and it wore very comfortably. Over all I am really impressed with this release of the new Loreal balms. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below. Thank you for reading and have a great day.

Colourpop Super Shock Cheek in Smokin' Whistles Review & Swatches

I love all the Colourpop shadows and lippie stix now I am in love with their highlighters as well. Couple of months ago Colourpop released a whole new line of highlighters and of course I had to pick up some and review for you all. The packaging is the same as their shadows and blushes they come in a round container with a clear lid and the name of the highlighter on the back of the container. Remember to keep the lid of these closed very tightly because of the formula they do dry out very quickly.

Smokin Whistles is a beautiful cool toned pink shade that goes on beautifully on your cheeks. It has a very champagne silver look to it which catches light and it looks amazing. You might think that the shimmer in this highlighter is too much but once on the cheeks the shimmer is dull which makes the highlight look more beautiful. I use my fingers to apply the highlight and it looks very even once blended out and the highlight is very opaque. The color is beautiful on the cheeks and I am sure that this shade is beautiful for all skin tones. Over all I am really impressed with this highlight and basically everything from Colourpop. Let me know in the comments below what are your thoughts on this highlight. Thank you for reading and have a great day.

Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in Nude And The City Review & Swatches

Rimmel Cosmetics has released six new limited edition shades in their moisture lipstick collection and of course I had to pick up some shades and review for you all. As you all know I love Rimmel Moisture Renew lipsticks I have reviewed couple of shades HERE and HERE so be sure to check those posts out for more shades and reviews.

The packaging is the same as the regular moisture renew lipsticks with a purple lid and rimmel written on it. The formula of the lipstick is very very creamy and the lipstick just glides on the lips. Nude And The City is a beautiful nude lipstick shade that is perfect for any skin tone. The lipstick definitely has a shine to it but it is very pigmented and not sheer. This lipstick stayed on me for more than six hours which is amazing and I did not even have to touch up once. Have dry lips? Don't worry this lipstick is very creamy and does not cling to your dry patches. I have very dry lips and this lipstick wears very comfortably on my lips and does not move. With this kind of a shade you can always pair it with a nude lip liner. Over all I am really impressed with this beautiful lipstick, it keeps my lips moisturized all day long. Let me know in the comments below your thoughts on this beautiful lipstick. Thank you for reading and have a great day.

Milani Rose Blush In American Beauty Rose Review & Swatches

As you all have seen from my previous posts that Milani has come out with three new limited edition blushes. They have released Awakening Rose , BlossomTime Rose and this blush in American Beauty Rose. The packaging is super cute with a clear lid and the blush it self is shaped like a rose. I love storing these blushes on my vanity because they are so pretty.

American Beauty Rose is a beautiful pinkish nude shade with shimmer in it. One thing I noticed about the shimmer is that it is only in the pan once on the cheeks you don't see a lot of shimmer. Which can be a good or bad thing but it is not overwhelming at all. The texture of this blush I would say it kind of drying so you really have to dig your blush brush in there to get the product out. I have also applied this blush with my fingers which worked fine and blended out very easily. This blush lasted me up five hours on the cheeks which is alright for a dry blush. Usually Milani blushes are very powdery but for some reason this one wasn't but really drying. Over all if you like this shade head over to your local CVS and pick it up because it is Limited Edition. Let me know in the comments below your thoughts on this blush. Thank you for reading and have a great day.

CoverGirl Outlast Longwear + Moisture Lipstick in Pink Pow Review & Swatches

Last month CoverGirl released a whole new collection of lipsticks. I picked up two shades and I have already reviewed one here so be sure to check that post out. Let me start with the packaging which I am no a big fan of at all. The lipstick comes housed in a round container with a clear lid and the lipstick does not go all the way down. Which means that when I am putting the cap back on there are chances that I will take some of the lipstick with it. I just wish they would have thought about this and made sure that no lipstick got wasted.

Pink Pow: is a beautiful light rosy pink shade with no shimmer or glitter to it. The formula of this lipstick I have to say is super creamy and glides on the lips. The lipstick is fully pigmented and lasts a long time on the lips but does not leave a tint behind. I can say that it gives my lips moisture and does not dry them out. Also you can pair this shade with a lip liner if you want to give it more dimension but the lipstick is great on its own. You can find this lipstick at your local drugstore with many other shades. Let me know in the comments below what do you think about this lipstick? Thank you for reading and have a great day.

Colourpop Where The Light Is By KathleenLights Quad Review & Swatches

Colourpop Cosmetics recently released a new quad on their website that is a collaboration with YouTube guru Kathleenlights. At first I was not interested in this quad at all but when I saw some swatches of it online I knew I had to pick it up and try it out my self. As you all know that I love Colourpop cosmetics and they have released some great products in the post couple of months. This quad comes in beautiful packaging with four super shock eye shadows in it. Kathleen did a great job creating this quad, it is a every day and for every one quad.

Glow is a beautiful white kind of vanilla shade with a matte finish. I love using this has a highlight shade or even in the inner corners. It goes great with any eyeshadow look and you can use this shadow with everyday looks or with smokey looks.

Cornelious is a deep brown matte shade which is great for the crease. You can use a light hand with this shade because it is super pigmented and looks great in the crease. Also this shade can be used to darken the outer v or create a smokey crease. Also this shadow blends very easily so if you happen to get a lot of shadow on your eyelid you can easily blend it out.

KathleenLights is my favorite and the most beautiful shadow in this whole collection. It is a golden shadow with a pearlized finish. The shadow is so beautiful it has metallic gold reflects in it that can be seen in natural lighting. I love this shadow all over the lid and with one swipe you get super pigmentation. Also this shadow is best used with your fingers because if you apply with a brush it might not pick up the glitter.

Blaze is also my favorite shade from this quad. It is a bronze shade that has golden shimmer in it and also has a metallic finish. The gold glitter is my favorite part of this eyeshadow, it looks beautiful on the lid and it glistens. Also this shadow is very pigmented and creamy at the same time. Best applied with your fingers and you really don't need a eye primer.

Over all I am really impressed with this quad, I am glad that I decided to pick it up. Let me know in the comments below on what you think about this quad? Thank you for reading and have a wonderful day.
